On behalf of the organizing committee, I have the honor and privilege to invite you to attend The Second Annual Symposium on Biopharmaceuticals – San Diego BioPharma Conference 2003.

The annual symposium strives to create and encourage connections between academia and industry, and between researchers and entrepreneurs in the cross-disciplines of life sciences. It also serves as a bridge between the biopharmaceutical industries in the United States and China by promoting business opportunities in both countries.

Once again, it will feature an array of lectures by leading experts from prominent local companies and institutions to address the key challenges and opportunities in technology innovation, drug discovery and development, and bioentrepreneurship. Through a format of information exchange and networking, the goal is to promote science, technology, and business collaboration, and help contributing to the overall success of San Diego’s biopharmaceutical research and development.
