Fees: The fees include program brochure, continental breakfast, lunch, and symposium reception.
- Regular registration fee $25 if registered between April 15, 2005 and Jun 3, 2005.
- On-site registration fee $50 if registered on June 4, 2005.
Online registraion was closed at 6 pm, June 3, 2003. You can pay $50 and register onsite on June 4, 2005 at Price Center.
